Welcome to the website of the North American Association of Steel Construction Industry ("NAASCI"). Please read this agreement carefully before using this site.

1. Scope of Agreement
This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("You" and "Your") and NAASCI. This Agreement governs your access to and use of this website (including, without limitation, all content, software, HTML, and other code, and scripts forming a part of this website, and all goods, services, and transactions offered through this website, collectively referred to as the "Site").
2. Binding Agreement
A printed version of this Agreement and any notice given electronically will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents and records. NAASCI recommends that you print a copy of the most current version of this Agreement for your records.
3. Modification of Site
NAASCI reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, revise, or change this Site, including adding or discontinuing any services or transactions offered, without notice or liability to you.
4. Right to Use Site

(a) Subject to this Agreement, NAASCI grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license to access and use this Site solely for personal, internal, and noncommercial purposes.
(b) You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Site, nor may you reverse-engineer or decompile the Site.
(c) You must not upload or distribute any content or material that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates laws, or contains harmful code (e.g., viruses or worms).
(d) Any suggestions or ideas you submit to NAASCI are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. NAASCI retains full rights to use these submissions for any purpose without compensation.
6. Availability and Use of Site
The availability of the Site depends on various factors outside of NAASCI's control. NAASCI is not liable for any issues preventing access to the Site.
