The North American Association of Steel Construction Industry (NAASCI), registered in the United States, serves as a comprehensive platform supporting the entire industrial chain of the steel construction industry across North America. Core members of the association encompass firms and companies involved in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, architectural design, structural design, interior design, water and energy system design, landscape design, and other related services. Additionally, NAASCI engages with companies and organizations in building materials, financial insurance services, real estate development, as well as research on the exploration and development of the industrialization process of steel construction.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Member's Congress serves as the highest authority within NAASCI, and the organization is governed by a board of directors. The executive board members, including the president, vice presidents, and directors, are primarily responsible for managing key tasks within the association. NAASCI holds a general election every two years to select its leadership. The current officers of NAASCI are as follows: Dr. Cheng Yu serves as the President, and Mrs. Kevin He serves as the Vice President.
INTENTION AND PURPOSE
The goal of NAASCI is to foster the development, application, and collaboration within the steel construction industry in North America by connecting members, providing mutual support, and facilitating the exchange of experiences.
BUSINESS SCOPE
1) Research and discuss the current status and theoretical developments, as well as the innovative directions, of the steel structure industry. Reflect the needs and aspirations of the majority of steel structure and related enterprises to high-level associations and relevant organizations. Propose technical or commercial suggestions and solutions to address the challenges faced by both countries in the development of the steel industry.
2) Guide and facilitate member companies to expand into the global market and encourage globalization among customers for our members. Enhance the management mechanism, bolster the core competitiveness of products, and elevate the level of internationalization for member companies.
3) Provide members with a platform for technical exchanges and business collaborations. Organize experience-sharing events and offer relevant guidance to members in need. The association has established an expert committee to provide consultation and technical support on North American building codes and regulations.
4) Address barriers or obstacles between markets in different countries by organizing legal services to assist members in navigating legal matters successfully.
5) Compile and publish conference journals and promotional materials. Collect, analyze, and disseminate North American and Chinese policies, regulations, literature, and industry market information. Promote and showcase the achievements of the association and its members.
6) Foster friendly exchanges between associations and related organizations. Organize international economic and technical exchanges and collaborations.
7) Undertake tasks entrusted by government departments, social organizations, and members.
8) Conduct industry development activities as needed, such as assisting member companies in obtaining product certification.
